Pace is an employee labor union representing the City of Atlanta's professional, technical, administrative and other diverse employees. We we officially recognized by the City in February 2004. We have over 400 members and we are still growing.
Our parent organization is the National Association of Government Employees, (NAGE) which represent over 45,000 workers. We are also affiliated with the Services Employees International Union (SEIU) which has over 1.6 million members.
Although we lobby federal, state, and local politicians on behalf of our members, we are not affiliated with any political party. We are politically independent and we target our work towards improving the benefits and working conditions of our members.
