MISSION STATEMENT
To establish the Professional Association of City Employees (PACE), as a recognized group of organized City of Atlanta employees, working at all levels for the purpose of being represented as one unified body with one unified voice. To promote open channels of communication between our organization and the City of Atlanta's Administration and Council and to stimulate direct and honest negotiations through those channels within framework and spirit of cooperation. To constantly strive to maintain a total compensation package for our members that is up to date and comparable to industry standards.
To build a spirit of professionalism in the workplace and to always seek to encourage a better, safer, and healthier work environment for each or our members, regardless of their job location.Â
We believe that these efforts will result in significant benefits for our members, local government and the taxpayers of the City of Atlanta.
